Omolayo Adebayo
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Neighborhood Well
Omolayo has had a heart for serving the homeless since she was in elementary school. In 2014, Omolayo made a commitment to serve to the homeless in her community on a monthly basis. Through this monthly outreach she realized that a majority of the people she fellowshipped with simply wanted to talk. From this experience, her commitment to serve developed into a passion for making sure the homeless community, not only had day-to- day necessities, but that they knew they were heard and that they stayed encouraged. God used Omolayo’s commitment, passion, and obedience to His will to birth The Neighborhood Well!
Omolayo’s service to others has also extended to communities outside of the U.S. In 2011, she volunteered with the Ghana Health and Education Initiative’s Girls Empowerment Program. In 2013, she volunteered with the Women’s Consortium of Nigeria through NBLSA CARES.
Prior to starting The Neighborhood Well, Omolayo received her B.A. in History from the University of Maryland, College Park and her J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Currently, Omolayo is a Maryland licensed attorney working in Washington D.C.
Jazmin Beverly

Jazmin Beverly is a native of Prince Georges County, Maryland. While participating in various missions locally and abroad, Jazmin found a common trend of societies neglecting to acknowledge and assist the impoverished, elderly, orphaned, and disabled communities. These experiences grew her heart for those the world deems invisible and ignited a personal mission to serve the physical, and feed the spiritual needs of others through Christ. Through small group discipleship meetings at a local community edifice, Zion Church, Jazmin was introduced to Omolayo. Upon hearing Omolayo’s vision and passion for service through a nonprofit, Jazmin helped Omolayo create what is now The Neighborhood Well.
Beginning her career at the Department of Defense, Jazmin operates as a Communications System Engineer, and earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. She later went on to receive a M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering.
Camille Adebayo
Executive Secretary of The Neighborhood Well
Camille enjoys serving in the community and has volunteered with My Sister’s Place, participated and supported First United Methodist Church of Hyattsville and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. outreach projects, mentored students at Walker Jones Elementary School, and done other random acts of kindness.
Omolayo, the founder of TNW, is her daughter, and she has always encouraged her to give back to others. Besides being in Omolayo’s corner, she is a firm believer that everyone deserves to have food, shelter, and be treated with love and kindness. These are the reasons why she is a part of TNW.
After 32 years of federal government service, Camille retired from the Government Accountability Office where she was a production manager.
