TNW NEWSLETTER APRIL 2019 Welcome friend! Check out TNW's upcoming events, features, and more!  UPCOMING EVENTS This month we will be providing our neighbors with blessing bags filled with soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, water, underwear, ponchos, toilet tissue, snacks, and birthday cake to celebrate Omolayo's 30th birthday!  We hope to see you there! Sign up to Serve DINE TO DONATE! Eat a delicious meal and help TNW raise money for our Mobile Shower Program and other initiatives! On April 24th at Texas Roadhouse in Bowie and May 5th at Chipotle in Bowie Town Center you can present the flyers below to your waitress or cashier, either on your phone or printed, and we will get a percentage of the proceeds!  Bring your friends and family and spread the word! TNW OUTREACH Thank you to all of our donors and volunteers for all your support! With your help we were able to serve over 1,236 neighbors in more than 10 communities within the DMV! Let's keep it going!   #yoursupportmatters AMAZON WISHLIST We continue to ask for your support as we work towards obtaining and renovating a trailer for our mobile shower program, set to launch in 2019! #yoursupportmatters DONATE CALL TO ACTION: SURVEYORS NEEDED! In order to ensure that the TNW Mobile Shower Program is meeting the direct needs of our homeless neighbors, we are conducting surveys with them and other community members in potential program locations throughout D.C. and Maryland.  We need your assistance with this very necessary task!
